Delaware Valley Assessment and Learning, LLC, is an educational consulting group. We are  Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nationally Certified School Psychologists and Pennsylvania Licensed Counselors with over 25 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of urban and suburban settings.
